Benefits to Purchasing the Penalty Waiver
  • Enjoy the overall peace of mind in knowing your vacation investment is covered! With the purchase of the Penalty Waiver guests will receive their full (qualifying) refund (minus the cost of coverage) in their original form of payment.
  • With the purchase of the Penalty Waiver guests can cancel their trip for any reason, no questions asked! Simply call us any time up to 2 hours before flight departure time, and cancel with limited penalties.
  • Our cancellation penalties will be applied without exception should a customer cancel. The Penalty Waiver, if purchased, will waive all cancellation penalties.
    • Airline imposed non-refundable fees (excluding Southwest Airlines) are non-refundable, even if the Penalty Waiver is purchased.
    • For clients who purchase a Southwest Air/Hotel Package, the Penalty Waiver includes coverage for any nonrefundable air costs if cancelled 14 days or less prior to departure. However with the Penalty Waiver the customer will receive a refund for the entire package (air included) less the cost of the Penalty Waiver.
Penalty Waiver allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a refund.

The Penalty Waiver is designed to protect the customer in the event they need to cancel their vacation. The Penalty Waiver enables the customer to cancel for any reason, up to 2 hours before your flight departure time, without penalty. After proper notification to the vacation provider, a full (qualifying) refund will be provided less the cost of the Penalty Waiver.

How to Purchase:
  • Verify that the Penalty Waiver is part of your vacation package on Checkout Step 1.
  • The optional Penalty Waiver must be added to the reservation prior to payment. Payment for the Penalty Waiver must be made with deposit.
  • The cost of the Penalty Waiver is non-refundable and non-transferable.
What is covered under the Penalty Waiver:
  • Any penalties associated with a hotel only package.
  • Any hotel penalties associated with an air+hotel package
  • Any package cancellation penalties associated with cancelling your reservation
    • Airline imposed non-refundable fees (excluding Southwest Airlines) are non-refundable, even if the Penalty Waiver is purchased.

What is not covered:
  • No shows or passengers denied boarding who have the Penalty Waiver will not be covered under the Penalty Waiver. You must call your travel agent or vacation providers' reservation center (phone number provided on documents) to cancel in order to request a refund less the cost of the Penalty Waiver.
  • If the number of individuals occupying a room decreases, the remaining travelers will be responsible for additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate.
  • Certain scheduled air penalties.

How the package is refunded:

The Vacation must be cancelled up to 2 hours prior to departure. Once the cancellation is made to the travel agent or the reservation center, a written request must be submitted to:
